  1. Interesting ideas to ultimately yield more pragmatic electronic medical records, but how do we (EM physicians) begin to move society in this direction? Is this a stepwise process or can this change occur overnight? There seems to be a consensus in our specialty that contemporary EMR’s as less than ideal, but what can EPM readers do to make EMR’s more worthwhile?
