      Hello Sam,

      To start, stories will be sent out on a weekly basis. At the end of the month, a collection of the major stories will be compiled in an email for those who prefer a collected format.

    Hi Mark Plaster,
    This is Dawn Dziuba. Do you have any advice on how to address someone who is fraudulently saying I am partially incapacitated to make my own medical decisions. I am in a situation where there is capacity fraud, medication misuse, psychiatric abuse and too many other horrific things to count. They use the threat of forced drugging to coerce patients. How can I best address capacity fraud? Many of the patients feel traumatized, humiliated, and violated because of the threat of forced druggings and other illegal, abusive, fraudulent, and medically inappropriate things that are occurring here.

    Hi Mark Plaster. This is Dawn Dziuba. I am writing make a request to see if you know anyone who would volunteer to help two Marine veterans/Army PFCs who need a volunteer doctor for a sensitive examination. One of the two twin brothers, males in their 40s, was severely sodomized by his jailer and multiple other perpetrators on June 14, 2011. MODMH covered it up and tried to make them look delusional, found them PIST and has them detained here at 5300 Arsenal Street, St. Louis, MO 63139. I need a volunteer doctor who is willing to perform a sensitive examination to confirm the anal trauma, keep the sensitive information confidential, and be willing to work with the US Attorney’s office Eastern District of Missouri to bring the perpetrators who harmed the Marine veterans to justice.
