Dr. Randall is a practicing otolaryngologist with the Ferrell Duncan Clinic in Springfield Missouri. After residency training at Naval Medical Center San Diego, he served as otolaryngology chairman at the Naval Hospitals at Millington, Tennesse and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina
